Application is as simple as 1-2-3:

Step One:  Return Application with the following items no later than June 1st:

·         Completed Application Form

·         Application Fee- $50 ($100 after June 1^st)*

·         Permission to Release Student records and Transcripts (to be signed and given to the applicant's current school)

·         Teacher Recommendation Form (teacher will return form directly to SMLCA)

·         Complete the financial aid information FFNA Packet (optional)

Step Two: Parent- Student Interviews and Screening

Once the application is received, an interview for parents and students will be scheduled.
All Kindergarten and First grade applicants will require screening to be done by the school.

Step Three: Acceptance

Parents will be notified with the School Board's recommendation.  A welcome packet will follow in early summer. Upon acceptance, Proof of Immunization and copies of original birth certificate and original social security card must be on file.
