SMLCA's first Town Hall meeting proved to be quite successful. Thanks go to Halesford Baptist Church for providing a great venue, effective auido/visual equipment and a warm welcome from Pastor Melvin Harris who commenced the evening with a word from Solomon and prayer.

Micah Gaudio then shared a brief history of SMLCA followed by a Power Point Presentation narrated by the Head of School, Deke Andrews. After a period of Q &A, Mr. Andrews concluded with prayer.

Surveys were submitted  from each of the 55 attendees, providing valuable feedback. Well over half responded that they were definitely interested in their children attending SMLCA and the rest indicated probably interested.  Parents expressed a wide range of  items that excited them, although the features embraced by all, were the small class sizes and the concept of teaching from a Biblical worldview.

The next Town Hall meeting is scheduled for Nov. 29, 6:30pm at Radford Baptist Church.
